We offer a 14 day Exchange / Return

You can easily exchange / return items by dropping off your parcel at your nearest post office / logistic centers

​

We will return the cost of exchange/return through Bank Transfers (Please include your bank details at email) 

 

Follow these steps:

1. Please ensure all packaging Material is intact with the product 

2. Email us about your order / product details to kizclothing@gmail.com

3. An address will be provided for exchanges / returns

4. Exchanges / Returns will be processed within 3 working days upon receiving the return products.

*Exchanges or Returns due to customers misconduct or mistakes will not be entitled to free returns hence customers are to pay for returns at their own cost.
